To construct an 1860's costume consisting of a bodice, skirt, and false under sleeves, as well as associated undergarments. The bodice has a front button opening and pagoda sleeves, while the skirt has a back hook and bar closure with placket. Garment is to be decorated with pin tucked sections, edged with black lace and velvet ribbon. The neck edge is finished with black piping. Pagoda sleeves are lined with black silk and have white false under sleeves with red smocking to create a cuff.
